Im not to Sure Waikato,

MJ Ratta's option to purchase $5 million worth of shares is at an intriguing juncture.

Initially, they could of brought 250 million shares at 2c each. However, with the share price now looking to surpass 2.6c and considering the 10-day VWAP, the 20% discount applied brings the buy price to 2.08c. This means their $5 million now buys approximately 240 million shares, leaving 10 million shares on the shelf.

Excitingly, a funding announcement might be imminent, or perhaps things have moved too quickly for MJ Ratta to collect funds.

If Ratta can't step up, funding might come from a left-field source.
Ratta still holds the first option, so stay tuned for further developments.

Personally I THINK AWM Holdings FZCO as the largest shareholder with the funding capabilities to be the dark horse lurking in the background if Ratta is not capable of exercising this deal that is soon to be losing value.
