Alternatively, consider a substantial change in holdings, with Glencore acquiring 225 million shares and gifting Ratta 25 million fully paid shares in return.

If such a deal were to materialize, Ratta might need to strategically sell a portion of its current holdings to align the 10-day VWAP and maximize value to acquire at that 2c mark!
