Well they have had multiple meetings with the bupati and from an anouncement back in July it states all is good and well amd moving forward.. Permit by july 26.

hasnt happened. The bupati in the kupang region around the same time suspended 3 companies from operation one of them was a concrete company.

GMC have gone over and above what is needed for the permit and now after the july26 date passed have now received a 10mil invester who made he's wealth from concrete companies..

So now the Pakman has had multiple meetings with the bupati and still no permit..

Now next week is a investor roadshow in the kupang region.
I believe this will make or break this deal.

I think The bupati is reluctant to grant permit.

Ability to issue 400million more shares for cash consideration.

Always good to have a backup if it all goes bad.

If the bupati said no to the permit.

Then GMC will have to look at other options.
