if you read their remuneration packages,they don`t get payed a lot,(one`s only 60k annually and he is on the board),mainly by shares,they will fight neil and tooths,much harder then us coz that all they can bring on the table at the end of the day,considering they are not selling,that speak volumes,all specky when through the same,people only make money one other make mistakes ,wrongly sell to you or vice versa.

I did have a read of everything and was very impressed with the way management is structuring incentives based on milestone and I agree it shows a lot of confidence.
Money is motivation and management will be richly rewarded when all the Vesting Condition are met.
I hope Donna has a nice allocation coming to her in the Employees/Consultant section as we all know she deserves it and had earnt it looking after all the inquiries so professionally.

You know exactly what I'm taking about.
When you said to read their remuneration packages you were referring to Donna and the staff not getting paid a lot yet you can't provide any information to support your statement or for other people on the thread to read.
