WHY would the company arrange for shipping of the smelters when the rest of the money is pending and the approvals... Guess why??? Because they know that they will get everything, the money and the approvals and the project will go ahead.. They are confident so the game is on no doubt.. I have become a smart ass and I have worked it out. @W3hunter sees a gap at 0.016 - 0.018, if it ever gets filled it will be done very quickly and we move on higher. At times not all gaps get filled.
