Sweety here is the biggest clue....
WHY would the company arrange for shipping of the smelters when the rest of the money is pending and the approvals... Guess why??? Because they know that they will get everything, the money and the approvals and the project will go ahead.. They are confident so the game is on no doubt.. I have become a smart ass and I have worked it out. They will not be wanting to ship back the smelters or put them for sale when they arrive so come on...They would not want to embarass themselves now as all eyes on them.

@W3hunter sees a gap at 0.016 - 0.018, if it ever gets filled it will be done very quickly and we move on higher. At times not all gaps get filled.

I trust more positive anns are coming instinct tells me..
