To my knowledge COB has always met its deadlines and there is no reason to believe this time would be different. The CEO has said that the PFS would be a catalyst for the share price. As they do not "ramp up" the PFS datas should be very interesting. I am expecting much lower CAPEX than peers i.e. the Nickel Cobalt project). Trying to time the end of COB consolidation is tricky. Some tried that back in Feb and then missed the boat in March. Good luck.
