Yes I have found it pretty much impossible to predict short term market reactions in most situations. It often does exactly the opposite of what you expect. Best to have a long term thesis and stick to it. I am well down on HIO but every time I revisit my initial investment thesis I get more convinced this is likely to end up being a huge winner.
Rarely have I seen such a unbalanced risk reward situation.
