If you are not receiving any freebies from the Zeta proposal there is no way you could possibly vote Yes to this crappy deal especially in light of the managements decision processes over the past few years.
But what's the alternative? A no vote means retaining the status quo, ie more mismanagement by Ken & the BOD.
