Asteroider I have 10 million in total accounts across the board. Don't believe the board the votes will be all NO if like Dapper mentioned if your not getting a back ender deal from Zeta.

The board yes will be assessing the numbers but as for KEY's last vote not many votes where registered so I can see it being very close.

All our numbers will count and if many ABSTAINED it just means NO vs YES!

Surandy70 even if NO gets up and Zeta doesn't happen the next process will be clearing the board and reappointing new and experienced BOARD and clear this socialist BOARD of mates as Ken has had 4years and has produced nothing but destruction. His $350k wage is a laugh and is not capable of selling lemonade on the side of a street.

Without a doubt the big parcel buyer is one of our Top20 big shareholders maybe 1 or 2 that is building his position because he is getting a back end handshake for sure and has a lot to lose.

It is going to be an interesting finish but worth fighting for!!!
