Good on you Greg, the more independant thinkers (that are long term holders) that are not afraid to go against the directors (if what they propose is unfair), the better.

Without being melodramatic, if they put forward something which is not in our best interest and we have the guts to vote it down (without being frightened off by their talk of key personnel being vital to the future prosperity of the company) then this will set a standard for future years and they won't try it again.
