Given the recent lack of movement and trades in the options I would say that the market is hopeful that they will be in the money but the jury is still out.
I would have thought on the progress to date and the prospects KEY has, ie KN#1, Suriname and Italy that the shares would be above the issue price now, ie 30 cents. And the options either in the money or just below.
