Once the ALDP grants are approved/allocated in principal come June13 or thereabouts, they are only approved in principal.

The most important principal being that allocated ALDP GRANT $$$ can only be drawn down when the balance for the project is fessed up in the kitty.

That kitty needs to be flush with CSI $$$ between Sep 14, and the 90 day period thereafter in which the ALDP grant remains valid.

Everyone involved in the CDP financing smoke and mirrors equity v SPV game, are aware of this piddling $70m demo plant SCENARIO.

I use the adjective ''piddling'' because in the scheme of things,,, namely Commercial Coldry Plants,,,, it is indeed a VERY PIDDLING minor consideration when compared to where Coldry should now be time line wise in the commercial scheme of all things BCE.

IF YOU LOOK BACK TO THE PAST,,, ( and heaven help those whom refuse to acknowledge the past for fear of re-living it ),, YOU WILL NOTE FROM PAST ANNOUNCEMENTS,,, that phase 1 of the DFT,,, was not to proceed to PHASE 2&3 IF,,, coldry was not deemed as COMMERCIAL !
