Wouldn't worry about the key person risk. The technology has been built and patented now, it is just a matter of getting it onto the market without completely burning through cash. I really think they need to change their business model so that the company buying the unit pays an upfront fee to own the unit and then a small recurring annual fee for maintenance etc. What is the advantage of C79 owning the unit and taking on all the depreciation?

They will have 38 units deployed in FY24 which will only generate around $1.3-1.7m in profit each on an annual basis so around $50-60m of profit in FY24. This is only enough to fund building about 13 units. Is this math correct? Their order book is very strong so customers are not going to be happy with building at a pace of 13 units per year. What does this mean? More cap raises. Alternatively, why won't a bank provide a huge long-term loan for this? In my view, there is very little risk. The technology is game-changing and will completely kill the old fire assay technique.

Take a look at supplier risk though if you are concerned about the risks. Their number one supplier is a Chinese company which is partially stated owned. Very concerning. Look what happened with Jack Ma.
