BUD has a pretty comprehensive board and slew of advisors - so they have as good a chance as any other 38 person company to manage key person risk
As for how any company manages a strong individual's departure - every company faces similar challenges
• did you think Cook was going to make a good stand-in for Jobs? because Scully certainly didnt
• who's going to replace Buffet and Monger? Considering BH has massive numbers of staff
• who's your pick to replace Blankfein at Goldman Sachs?
• or Joyce at Qantas?
