Key points from AGM, page-3

Comments on the AGM:

* The Chairman in what was probably an off the cuff comment in relation tho the amount of work that Ben Clube was doing on the ground stated "African Governments are disorganized".
Sure we all know that but for the Chairman of a small Co who relies on the goodwill of African Govts to put it on public record I feel it was a very poor form. They may be disorganized but they are also very fickle.

* Was anyone annoyed by the constant and excessive shutter click of the photographer in residence, he was better suited to a F1 event than a shareholder meeting. Not only was it an annoyance but an invasion of shareholder privacy in taking audience shots. Totally unnecessary.

* Not sure what the ultimate angle of our female climate change warrior was but I though the Chairman could have been more more smooth and tactful in his approach.

* One cannot put a price on the social conscious work done by Cath, Ben and the on ground FAR team. My my vantage point I could see the nods of agreement on Cath mentioning how the addition of a toilet block reduced the dropout rates of females in school.
