*RSL have stated they will be exploring for, Phosphate, Iron Ore, Gold, Uranium, Rare Earths.

*RSL will under go a consolidation & placement, consolidation, would have to be a 1-10 which means the placement will be done at .02 or .20 higher then current sp & $1.1mil "underwritten by Red Rock" just to show there serious about there investment in RSL.
