Do you think that makes me proud
East Coast gas shortage has nothing to do with energy policy. Dunno
If all that monies from PRRT was put back into industry and industry controlled by Govt... we would not have a east coast gas shortage.
I do not respect politicians views on what happened in creating PRRT. Whilst in tax doing environmenta scanning I feel I came across this issue. You see you may be more knowledgeable and smarter than me but . . . . . and I do respect your opinions but
All that PRRT should have gone back into industry just like Bob & treasurer Paul promised.
I tend to draw a long bow and you have a higher IQ than me but If I were industry in Australia I would not trust politicians and their industry taxes. None of that PRRT went back into industry and some tax changes were given to industry in compensation for such a disastrous decision.
All the best to you , my superior comrade, who has such a broad perspective over time and states and politics on Australia east coast gas shortage.
