Ive held STX for a long time,since under 6c-Now 24c & Still holding with confidence.

STX made a Major Discovery last year that rivals its neighbour Waitsia (the largest on-shore Discovery of last 35 years,which 50% was sold to Mitsui for $650m)

STX are drilling WE3 (Spudding Next Week) & this will no doubt bring focus back to Perth Basin which is why I’m focusing on KEY & the relevance of Success nearby..(STX price is rising in Anticipation of SPUD)

The recent Discoveries by STX and AWE (Waitsia)were made in the DEEPER High Cliff and Kingia Zones & opened the ENTIRE Perth Basin for RE INTERPRETATION

KEY holds acreage,L7 that adjoins Waitsai ,

This Block HAS been tested/drilled and showed hydrocarbons but the KINGIA & HIGH CLIFF zones(deeper Permian sequences) were not tested…. THIS is about to the CHANGE

Relevance of Recent Success on Shelf Exploration Development

Recent gas discoveries on trend to the south reveal an exciting untapped potential on the up-dip Bookara Shelf

Beharra Deep, West Erregulla and Waitsia gas discoveries lie on trend to the south from Bookara Shelf Project.

Despite numerous hydrocarbon shows in previous wells the deeper Permian potential was never followed up, due in part to poor seismic quality.

Oil shows in the deeper Permian sequences, most notably live oil, was observed in the Mount Horner-14 well, which drilled through the Mount Horner Fault.

Prospective resources for EP 437 and L7 now include the deeper Kingia/High Cliff Reservoirs (overleaf) representing a material impact for the Bookara Shelf Project.

I Think as STX Drill,KEY will gain considerable attention especially being a $9m Company that Adjoins $1.3b Mitsui Discovery Waitsia,

The Case for KEY’S L7 block holding gas in the deeper zones is favourable in my opinion

We will no doubt see a run up in KEY Share Price anticipation increases
