Point 4, Close relationship with customer and tester?
How much Toby do you think having Prof whittingham on the board would help. While no doubt testers would still need to be independent however when a tester was to ring and ask questions receiving answers perhaps directly over the phone, from someone who is purported to be the battery expert, one could only assume it would be a real vote of confidence??
Would you agree or think its irrelevant?
