Interesting that PK mentioned that standstill clauses have been implemented with companies (some/all?) that had access to the data room which in his words will "protect the company going forward". To my understanding, these standstill agreements/clauses often include 'no bid for 12 month' type measures.
Anyone more familiar with these?
