    2. Set on public trial the "villans" of the war.
    3. Promote recovery and rebuild of Government, Infrastructure and Public and Community Services.
    4. In tandem with 3. Above... Resume economic trade such as oil and gas production sales on a large scale ...
    5. My guess is that items 3 & 4 are at least two (2) years off ....
    PSA will be there ... It will just take a little longer ... Approximately 2014 to 2020 = 6 years
