I dont think CCC are puttimg much reliance on VanMag going through for Penumbras continued development Inside.

I thought their shorter development timelines had generally been held to pretty well unless VanMag is thrown into the mix.

I dont know too many specs that dont make empty timeline promises and that includes the likes of some pretty successful operations.Imo it stems more from the African red tape factor.

Ive learnt not to rely on anything PL has his hands on as I was in NKP and RRS a while back so VanMag not being completed is not really surprising unfortunately.

Whats more important is for Pen/DeWitt to roll on and hold to their development timelines and lets hope that CCC's faith in ABSA is reciprocated by both parties and DeWitt is indeed debt funded,although I do smell a raising for this at some stage,hopefully when the sp is a fair bit higher off the back of Pen development and a Bostwana resource.
