Has coal production really increased as much as what was hinted at? Or has CCL’s stake increased throughout the period in question?
Why I ask is that just prior to AIM in September, CCL’s ownership stake increased from 64% to 73.8%.
Also without a true BBBEE partner officially on board in this period would the remaining 26% stake fall to CCL in the interim? That 26% stake has to go somewhere?
Does anybody know how that would work and be reported?
Maybe it will be the best of all worlds with increased exports, revenue, EBITDA, ownership stake and 26% extra until SIOC-cdt are truly on board.
