Everything!...........and when did those farm in’s occur.

KEY are a sitting duck right now with a market cap of only $12m, but acreage and permits worth much much more. Why would anyone do a jv with KEY now when they can simply buy the company.

Acreage is so hot at the moment, an international player could swallow KEY in one swoop. If I was KM, I would be more worried about this scenario happening, than actually finding a good partner, which is a given imo.
