Wishful thinking but is LOY YANG COLDRY plant PROJECT, now is this an independent project to ..VICTORIA COLDRY PROJECT.
as GEAC are fully aware that the carbon tax will be passed in November and coldry for local use represents a major funding from the compensation package.??
