key witness has decided not to give evidence, page-26

I spoke to someone at CHM and they we're of the opinion that the judge will give a judgement at the end of the case...but in awarding based on the judgement...that can take another 2-4 weeks.

So not positive but I would say next week is going to be quite telling share price wise if the last few days is anaything to go off.

DOW goes up....MMX goes up....CHM neutral....time closing in on the case...and even though DOW was green...MMX down 4%...CHM up 10%.

hmmm...interesting....wasn't it you guys saying "wouldn't the CHM Shareprice go up if anyone thought they had a chance of winning and wouldn't MMX share price go down"?
