I'm going to call them this morning and ask about the impact this will have as cant be good for us...I figure its basically pinnacle to winning the case as Barnes was the one working this situation with Grimaldi.
Barnes and Grimaldi sound like pompous people.
Bit like Michael King of MFS who want to vigourously clear his name after MFS going bankrupt and him ending up with multi millions and is highly offended that people think he is bankrupt.
CHM might have a plan B. If we walk with 20 or 35 million I will be spewing.
Jack Hills seems like a nice place...I would have personally visited if we stole it off Team MMX he he.
