Otto Energy provide a map at the end of their announcement. Their permit is towards the bottom right hand side of the Po Valley. Key's Borsano permit is on the top left hand side. You should notice a large green blip on the top left hand side of the map - the largest green blip on the map in fact, indicating the largest oil field. This is Villa Fortuna / Trecate. Borsano lies immediately to the right - in that vacant area where no discoveries have been made.
