    does key have rights to further holes drilled in the area by the operator?


    I assume they would pay 20% or 25% whatever their stake is and they have rights to the block ??


    or do they only have rights to this hole?



    can someone else come and drill the 60m column>? or can the operator drill a second hole and exclude key ?
