Yes, it will be issuer sponsored. You won't know for a few weeks whether you get an allocation. It's almost certain this IPO will be oversubscribed which means there will be scale-backs. As a general rule (sort of) they will leave most minimum value applications alone and tend to scale back the larger ones, but there is no guarantee as it's up the company and their lead manager as to the route they take on this.
