5. What is the Law regarding Directors simply cancelling an AGM after 11.5 months of company operation since the previous AGM and walking out . Surely the law must offer some protection ? After all they had 11.5 months of duty and care and directors fees they took / were paid ? Some duty of care eh ????

correction . It was 1 week before the 12 month AGM was due that the directors cancelled the AGM and walked . So I presume that they got paid for 11.98 months and failed on their greatest duty of care to shareholders which is the AGM . What gutless b…….ds ?
