    Looks like owned 70% by arrowpoint and previous keytone staff.
    Maybe missing something...but yeah suspicious..seems like they just gave away assets...and never tried to get a good price.writing was on the wall along time ago..they needed to sell assets...then did firesale probably to their mates.
