    I agree that things are looking very very good for DRE.

    However, I am worried that DRE may have too many shares on issue i.e. over 2.8 billion of them.

    I can certainly see the MC of DRE reaching A$250 million next year, however, this would mean that the SP would only reach ca. 9 cents.

    Am I missing something?
