No random SP talk from me. All things going well, which is no certainty, I have valued DRE at A$250 million (SP 9 cents) within the next 6-12 months. This is a serious valuation, and it is the basis of my investment strategy i.e. 3 cents was my entry point, and 9 cents will be my exit point.
