If you read a few posts on the ccc HC forum you quickly realise they don't actually need the 'Nandos Touch' because their sp has tanked already.
It all fits into the mooted NMDC strategy but you'd have to imagine that in a competitive tender environment NMDC would be outbid by my gran let alone another mining company with any kind of aspiration.
