These stores must be absolute gold mines. 62.3m euros is AUD 88.5M on my currency conversion. And for just 16 stores. Some of them very very new! That's $5.5m AUD per store. Does that include the freehold? I'm presuming it does not. OMG - I thought there'd be 40 or 50 stores at least. I know they plan to open more but CKF will have to build and finance them... I know KFC is a strong brand but I don't think there is much fat in this deal for the Aussie buyer.
