This has completely taken me by surprise as I was expecting the price to be high 4s after another capital raising. I suppose the stock was trading in the mid 6s before the European acquisitions but the dilutive effect of the capital raising is a little concerning. Are we talking about 15 percent extra equity across the two raising?
