    As at the end of their first half the company had net borrowings of $124mio
    Since then they paid (approx) $20mio for the German acquisitions and $90mio for the Netherlands.
    That takes gross debt to $223mio, offset the $54.5mio raised from the insto's and they are left with net debt of around $168mio.
    Given the SPP looks like being flop, it is like I said, "As it is not underwritten this will leave the company a bit tight on the cash front."
