It is definitely an interesting one ( I am not pretending that I have the certain answers to it either). In the town I come from the fast food chains are actually most successful in lower socio economic areas where the average person has less disposable income (and also less education on healthy eating practices on average). This is what really got me thinking about the resilient incomes from the franchises
