Even LEG with no JORC (let alone a PFS), lower head grade, and at 100m depths is receiving $17.5m from Jindal for it's less than 100% owned Cameroon deposit.
With the 40.4m loan plan shares all well out of the money until 28c, KFE's market cap at 4.2c is just $11.4m (remaining 272.3m shares).
Plenty of upside.
