Not really spruiking, stw said he asked MW the question and he answered it. If MW got an offer for 40 cents a share and was telling us it was great and to take it, that would be spruiking. And you'd then start to question motives. 90percent of shareholders have to agree on a takeover price anyway so any spruiking for low offers will fall on deaf ears.
