Reading through the 2018 KNL AGM presentation (link below) I noticed that the company decided to omit the slide where it talks about "Key Stakeholders" that was present in the past Corporate presentations on the 5th and 24th October (and going back much further) It has been replaced by an older recycled upstream/downstream business slide.
The new presentation pack from today has removed reference to KFW and EFIC for funding.
Previously the company dropped Nedbank from the Company presentation on the 29th August 2018. It looks like the remaining finance options of KfW and EFIC are now also gone.
IMO this is a clear sign that fiance discussions/negotiations may have fallen through. Might be a good time for current and future holders to DYOR on this company.
Key Stakeholder slide from 5th and 24th October now completely missing in the AGM Presentation
