Treibs you may want to look at who is running the legal cases and how they operate.
They generally meet the costs, and then sitck their snout in the trough big time if they are successful.
So if Centro was insolvent they would be wasting their time and money.
If you are so confident that they will suceed why not load up on IMF? Just a thought.
