The numbers further confirm why the Jervois project is a standout development.
I continue to be amazed that in a red hot copper market nolt one broker has done a report
with a buy recommendation.
This project is going to be financed in one of two ways in my opinion.
KGL will sell say 25 per cent of the project in return for the incoming partner providing the equity capital .
The project is going to throw off $200 million a year so putting up $100 million for 25 per cent would be
a great deal.The thing to remember about the BFS is that it did not take into account inferred reserves or
the exploration upside so it is not a 10 year project but more likely a 30 year project.
Such a deal would send KGL to 40 cps in the short term.
The second way it will get financed is by the Salim Group providing the funding and moving to 50 per cent
through a scheme.
Directors may place the shortfall from the recent issue of about 35 million shares but I do not expect any further
massive dilution.
