I suspect that like a few others they are struggling to access the resources required to move things forward faster. May be I am being too generous, too patient. Costs have probably gone up by more than 16%, even before considering the potential impact of the oil price on operating costs.
Not confident enough to double down on my stake, but will be watching closely. While I see AIS, RXM and CYM sp similarly afflicted I am hesitant to assume too much company specific.
