I'mnota"downramper"(orupramperforthatmatter)butsimplytooktheopportunitytohavealookatthiscompanyafterquitealargedropintheSP.I owned KGN when it was 2.7 and out when it was less than 3. KGN SP has increased very fast for just over 1 year. The SP was rising mostly between reporting dates and tumbled on crucially financial days.
Riskybuyingevenattheselevelsmethinks.Anotherdowngradeonsales/margins/bottomlinecouldseea$4SPquiteeasily.Mynumbersshowit'sstillexpensive,evenat$5.50.Also,thecompanyseemstohaveitsfingersinalotofpies-aclassicwarningsign.Largedirectorselloffslastyeardon'thelpmybuycaseeither.I'velikedthecoupleofitemsI'veboughtthroughKoganonlinebutI'mstillapassonbuyingashareinthecompany.But,theSPcouldwellgoupfromhere-andLordknowsthereareplentyofPro-KoganiteshereonHotcopperthatwillcallmeoutifitdoes-butI'mnotintospeculatingonwhetherornotthenexttradingupdatemightbebetterorworse.
MarsChasmadesomeveryvalidpoints.ThefactthatMarsdoesn'tseethisasanopportunityandinfactspellsoutquiteafewshortcomings,shoulddefinitelybeconsideredbythePro-Koganites.
