At this share price the only risk in the medium to longer term is the risk of ruin - eg bankruptcy or massive fraud etc. Many market participants seem to be believe the risk of ruin on Kogan is quite high.
Investors should thoroughly investigate this. Based on my own analysis I believe the likelihood of bankruptcy is very low although higher than it has been in the past with the additional new debt and you can never be 100% sure about these things.
Given I think that the risk of ruin is no higher than, say - an average company, I think this is mispriced in the extreme and am buying hand over fist.
Every dollar lower compresses the sprint and improves future returns.
