In answer to your question, I suspect a bit of both. I think it is rather silly to assume that the last 2 months are a temporary blip - though it has been for many others, especially B&M retailers. It is obvious that KGN has been at the fore of a structural shift in recent years, which has been expedited by recent events. Equally, it is over enthusiastic nonsense to assume that the last 2 months can be annualised as the "new normal".
The above analyst comments seem blissfully supeficial. The comments by Ms Allfrey indicate, to me, prejudice ahead of dispassionate analysis. A serious handicap for an analyst.
