Hi mate yep I agree with both of this, the true issue is how well kogan can capture all the pandemic customers and how they retarget and funnel them back as online. In addition, as shops open there will be some revenue loss only if kogan can't continue to secure its customers and search for new customers. Eg with ax1 and shoes, once you know what to buy its easier online, kogan seems to be working in this space and I'm interested to see if their repeat customers numbers increase,e.I cant find any stat's on this if anyone has. Example, bricks and mortar like bbn, dsk etc are well positioned to leverage both markets, although physical rent etc and stores and staff affect profits. Either way I perhaps imo may see the sp trend down in the short term as you said, or it may just stabilise here.
